Patient Referral Program

G4 By Golpa knows the most successful form of new patient referrals remains the word of mouth of our G4 Family. Since opening in 2007 a large majority of our new patients have been referred to us by existing patients.

This is something that we are very proud of, and we believe it is because of the level of care and expertise we provide.

To thank our existing patient ambassadors for recommending us to their family and friends our Patient Referral Program rewards them with a $5 credit for each qualified lead they provide, that schedules a phone consultation. For every lead that becomes a patient, you will be rewarded with a $500 credit, and the patient you refer will be awarded a $500 credit which can be redeemed on dental services at G4 By Golpa dental centers.

To thank our potential patients (must become a qualified lead to start earning) for recommending us to their family and friends our Patient Referral Program rewards them with a $5.00 credit for each qualified lead they provide, that schedules a phone consultation. For every lead that becomes a patient, you will be rewarded with a $500 credit, and the patient you refer will be awarded a $500 credit which can be redeemed on dental services at G4 By Golpa dental centers, towards the G4 procedure.

The credits can be redeemed on all dental services that we perform onsite at G4 By Golpa and cannot be redeemed for cash or dental products.

Patient Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The full terms & conditions for our Patient Referral Program are outlined below:

1. The new patient you refer must not have ever previously had an appointment at G4 By Golpa.

2. Any credits earned by the referrer:

- cannot be redeemed for cash

- cannot be used with any other offer or also gift certificate/voucher

- is valid for any dental service at G4 By Golpa, but cannot be used to purchase products

- is solely for the redemption and use of the referrer only and not anyone else

3. At any time, we reserve the right to:

- Amend the Terms and Conditions.

- Cease, change or suspend the program.
